Our process restores the original beauty and protects your pavers from future staining. CKC Landscaping is a Certified Sealing Specialists™, the Seal ‘n Lock System™: Cleans and enhances your pavers in just 1 day! Other systems require 2-5 days. Is ecologically safe and child/pet friendly Cleans the sediments that develop over time from natural elements like rain, snow, and rotting leaves Is an aesthetic consideration – you can choose a matte finish or a richer sheen, plus protect against future staining caused by natural elements and food mishaps …and when performed by a CKC Landscaping Sealing Specialist, you can be assured that the job is done right!
Our Restoration and Enhancement Process
Repair
Your estimate will specify what, if any, repairs are needed for your hardscape. Repairs are specific to your current conditions and may include minor and/or major repairs. Refer to your written estimate for specific repairs included.
Clean
After repairs are performed, we then perform a heated power wash to clean all organic material/stains off of the specified hardscape areas.
Install Polymeric Sand
Installing new polymeric sand in the joints helps to stabilize the joints and deters organic growth. It also prevents water intrusion and future patio failures.
Seal & Finish
Once the hardscape areas are cleaned we can apply sealer. Your estimate will detail if sealer is included and what areas are to be sealed.
Getting a quote can be as easy as emailing us some pictures of the areas you would like to have restored, along with any measurements including square footage.
