Cocktails with CKC - The Bloody Mary

The CKC Crabby Bloody Mary 

 

Our take on the brunch classic - try this next time you are hosting friends or family.  It’s a lot of work, but trust us, the juice is definitely worth the squeeze!

 

 

2 oz Vodka of Choice (we’re a Tito’s family)

4 oz Clamato brand tomato juice

Old Bay seasoning

Old Bay brand Hot Sauce

Worcestershire Sauce

1 tbsp Horseradish

Celery Salt

Black Ground Pepper

1 Lime

1 Lemon

Celery Stalk

Pimento stuffed Olives

1 strip bacon

1 Shrimp

2 Jumbo Lump crab bites

1 Pepperoncini 

 

With a lime wedge, wet the rim of your pint glass.  Coat the rim with the Old Bay seasoning.  Set aside.  Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice.  Add the vodka, clamato juice, a dash of the W sauce, Old Bay hot sauce to taste (i love the stuff), the horseradish, a pinch of celery salt, a few cracks of that black pepper, the juice of half a lime and half a lemon.  Shake for 10-20 seconds.  Pour into your pint glass and top off with additional Clamato, leaving room for the (fun stuff) garnishments.  Finish the presentation with a celery stalk, the bacon strip, shrimp, crab lumps olives and the pepperoncini.  Add a lemon and lime wedge to the rim and serve.
